We encourage Hadassah leaders, members, and staff to use the collection at the Hadassah Archives for research and planning purposes. The Hadassah Archives are also available to other qualified researchers.

The Hadassah Archives shares a Reading Room at the Center for Jewish History (CJH) with the American Jewish Historical Society, YIVO, the Leo Baeck Institute, and the American Sephardi Federation Archives. The Reading Room is open to researchers Monday through Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding Jewish Holidays. No appointment is necessary to consult archival materials.

However, to insure dedicated attention to your research request, we strongly recommended arranging an appointment with the Hadassah archivist via e-mail at: swoodland@hadassah.org
