This position requires a creative, strategic and collaborative membership professional who can work in a fast-paced environment and help develop, implement and execute an integrated strategy to reach membership goals and priorities.

  • Director, Young Women's Initiatives

    Job Location: New York

    The Director, Young Women’s Initiatives, is a dynamic individual who has an understanding of how younger women want to engage in philanthropy and has proven experience doing so. Working in collaboration with the Chair of the department, she is responsible for creating and driving strategies to grow, engage and retain young women through the development and implementation of programs and special events including, but not limited to the Hadassah Young Women’s Network, annual and signature events, Young Women’s missions, JWRP in the Member & Unit Services Division. The Director is responsible for managing this engagement strategy in collaboration with the other key stakeholders internally, i.e. National divisions and externally, i.e. Region and Chapter leadership.

    The Associate Director’s focus will help further Hadassah’s passion for Israel and our work for women’s health equity spanning research, prevention, access to care and other policy priorities.

  • Director, Membership Development & Retention

    Job Location: New York

    The Director of Membership Development & Retention is a membership expert, responsible for collaborating with her volunteer leader in creating and driving strategy to grow, engage and retain a vibrant member community which is the heartbeat of Hadassah. The Director of Membership Development & Retention works with the Membership Chair to direct all aspects of membership for the Organization, including recruitment of new members, retention of annual members and engagement. The Director is responsible for managing member engagement strategy in collaboration with the other key stakeholders internally, i.e. National divisions and externally, i.e. Region and Chapter leadership.

  • Director of Development (MGO) South Florida

    Job Location: South Florida

    The Director of Development will initiate and implement Major Gift initiatives in the assigned area.

  • Administrative Assistant, Nassau County

    Job Location: Rockville Centre

    The Program/Events administrative assistant is responsible for providing program/event support (logistical implementation) to the Metro Area Regions. The assistant is also responsible for providing effective administrative support to their local Region volunteer leadership.
