| Al Galgalim is a Jewish family education program created by Hadassah, which lets parents (or grandparents) of young children become partners in discovering the joys of being Jewish in the hands-on, pressure-free, friendly environment of small groups. During nine fun-filled sessions throughout the year, families learn how to celebrate Shabbat and the Jewish holidays of Rosh Hashanah, Sukkot, Hanukkah, Tu B'Shevat, Purim, Passover, Israel Independence Day, and Shavuot.
Al Galgalim has two program options: |

Training Wheels (for children ages 2-5) is designed for families with pre-school age children and includes age-appropriate crafts, games, and songs, as well as a curriculum-based education. Wheeling On (for children ages 6-8) offers an educational program based on Shabbat and the holidays, including crafts, games, and songs for families with their children. In addition, each session stresses a key Jewish value related to the holiday. |
