Standing With Israel in 2018: Challenges and Opportunities
Hadassah Northeast presents “Standing with Israel in 2018: Challenges and Opportunities,” a series of discussions about Israel.
In a time where there have been many false and misleading news reports and groups against Israel, please join us to learn: the facts about Israel; how to advocate for Israel; and how to use social media to influence the narrative about Israel. Panelists include representatives from StandWithUs, the Israel Advocacy Alliance and the Israeli American Council.
The next program will be on Thursday, September 6 at 7:00 p.m. at Temple Emanuel in Andover, Mass.
Everyone is welcome to attend the programs, but registration in advance is required by visiting www.hadassah.org/events/standwithisrael or by contacting Hadassah Northeast at 781-455-9055 or email@example.com.
Hadassah Northeast would like to thank our co-sponsors for their support with the programs: the Israeli American Council; Jewish Community Center of the North Shore; Lappin Foundation; StandWithUs; and Temple Emanuel in Andover, Mass.
Dates, times and locations for the programs are subject to change.
Hadassah, The Women’s Zionist Organization of America, is a volunteer organization that inspires a passion for and commitment to its partnership with the land and people of Israel. From our President
Shalom Hadassah friends! Welcome to the Hadassah Northern New England website! Whether you have been a Hadassah member for a long time, or you are just discovering how you can become a part of this almost 104 year old organization, you are sure to find interesting information.
Spanning 4 states (Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont) with over 5,365 members, Hadassah Northern New England is a strong and active part of a national organization with more than 330,000 members. Hadassah is represented in all 50 states and in every congressional district. We support the well-being of the State of Israel, and in the US we advocate for issues of concern to women and families.
We support the Hadassah Medical Organization in Jerusalem, and we make miracles happen. World class medical care and medical research helps people in Israel and around the globe. When disasters strike, Hadassah doctors are the first on the ground. When research discoveries are made, hospitals in the US take part in clinical trials with their Hadassah counterparts with medical advances helping US patients as a result.
Your involvement with Hadassah offers you the opportunity for personal learning, well-being and empowerment while helping to continue the mission of Hadassah. Please check out the various projects, programs and events listed on this website.
