How to Talk About Israel
Hadassah is often asked for advice about the appropriate way to respond to criticism of Israel from news articles, editorials, television and radio programs, speakers at public forums, and small group gatherings which frequently include individuals from multiple religious faiths. As Hadassah members and leaders, we support the democratically elected Government of Israel. We strive to understand the intricacies of the situation in the Middle East and be articulate and diplomatic advocates for Israel.
You can download a helpful guide and learn how to respond to challenging questions about Israel by going to “My Hadassah” and searching for “How to Talk about Israel” under Zionist Education.

Sunday in the Park 2019
May 5, 2019
On Sunday, May 5, 2019, Suffolk Region of Hadassah held our 6th annual walk to raise money for stem cell research. Our event was held at the Dix Hills Park on Vanderbilt Pkwy, Dix Hills. Despite the rain, we had a good turnout, the band played on, people sang and danced in the rain and we all had smiles on. Of course, we were glad to have raised a good amount of money for a worthy cause.
