The Balfour Declaration was the second British offer to assist the Jews in the creation of a Jewish Homeland. Join us as we explore the drama, strengths and shortcomings of Britain's initial offer - an exotic scheme to create a Jewish colony on the Ussin Gishu Plateau in what was then British East Africa. It is properly known as the "Uganda Offer"
