1 Package broccoli slaw (or a large bunch of fresh broccoli, stems peeled, all coarsely grated)
2 Packages ramen noodles
4 Scallion, chopped
1/2 C Slivered almonds
3/4 C Vegetable oil
1/2 C Sugar
1/2 C Sunflower seeds
Dried cranberries (optional, to taste)
1. Mix vinegar, oil and sugar together in a small bowl with the contents of the seasoning packets from the ramen noodles.
1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli slaw, almonds, sunflower seeds, and scallions.
2. Crumble the ramen noodles into the bowl.
3. Add sauce and mix.
4. (Optional) Sprinkle with dried cranberries.
