Young Judaea is looking for a dynamic and charismatic individual to recruit for Tochnit Shalem, the Modern Orthodox year-in-Israel program. The job involves traveling to promote the program, to present to schools, and to recruit students. This person should be extremely familiar and comfortable with the yeshiva system, Modern Orthodox day schools and have extensive knowledge and understanding of the Modern Orthodox community. 

The candidate should 3-5 years of relevant experience, have strong presentation skills, interpersonal skills and an excellent phone manner. The candidate should be innovative and passionate and be able to dedicate him/herself to this important cause. S/he will be working out of the NYC office, but must be available and willing to travel all over the U.S. and Canada.
