Hadassah Deputy Executive Director Visits Cleveland

The Greater Cleveland Chapter of Hadassah welcomed Barbara Goldstein, Deputy Executive Director of Hadassah Israel, on Tuesday, April 30, who gave an update on recent developments in Israel. “No one is a more committed Zionist, a better friend or a more eloquent voice for the Jewish people,” said Nancy Falchuk, immediate past president of Hadassah. “She is the ultimate personification of Hadassah.”

The program, which was open to the public, was co-sponsored by Hadassah and the The Laura and Alvin Siegal Lifelong Learning Program at Case Western Reserve University of Cleveland. Arlene Wieder, president of the Cleveland Chapter of Hadassah, felt that the program was very informative to the community. She is very proud of Hadassah’s accomplishments and hopes to expand its membership base, by providing programs such as this one.
