Shirley Blumenfeld

When my son was in Israel he got food poisoning from a pizza shop; I happened to be on a synagogue group trip. I was given the name of a gastroenterologist at Hadassah Mt. Scopus.

When my son, Ben, was being examined, I waited for him and was amazed at the Jews and Arabs working together. Those waiting for loved ones were secular and religious Jews as well as Arabs.

The physician diagnosed the problem and my son returned to good health within two weeks. Now, I am very proud to say that his wife gave birth to two children within the last four years and G-d willing will have their third at Hadassah Mt. Scopus in December. THANK YOU HADASSAH!!!!!!
