Rosalind Bush

Hadassah has not always been a part of my life, and until recently, I considered it as another charitable Jewish organization.

But through meeting my friend, Judy, who has devoted most of her life to Hadassah, it made me more aware of my own Jewish view on life, my family, my friends, my country and Israel.

It has been an educational process by which one never stops learning. I am always amazed at the continual flow of information about Israel, Hadassah's influences and commitments to the Jewish People throughout the world, and the effect is has on one's own philosophy of being a Jew, whether practicing formally or in a more personal way of being spiritual.

I admire Judy for her commitment to Hadassah, and I know she has done so not realizing the impact she has on other's lives. She is truly a light and inspiration to all who know her. May this New Year fill her life with much happiness, good health, and wisdom to continue her dedication to Hadassah.

Happy New Year, Judy my friend.
