|THE COUNTDOWN BEGINS!|
10 WEEKS TO MOVING-IN DAY
The Sarah Wetsman Davidson Hospital Tower
As we enter 2012, we at Hadassah, with all our friends and supporters around the world, are counting down the weeks until March 19th, when we will have the privilege of seeing the first patients move into the Sarah Wetsman Davidson Hospital Tower and a new era will be ushered in. In just ten short weeks, the first of eight departments – the Department of Urology - will move in to the Tower. It will be followed by the Department of Orthopedics, Vascular and General Surgery A and B, Gynecology, ENT, Plastic and Maxillo-Facial Surgery. All eight departments will be operating from the Tower by May, 7th 2012. One can feel the tangible sense of excitement and anticipation as final preparations are being carried out by hundreds of people at an energetic pace throughout the hospital and especially in the new Tower. In these final countdown weeks, we are delighted to be sharing with you the enthusiasm that is being felt by our Medical teams as they get ready for the move.
