HAC Student Wins Second Place in Yad Vashem's Worldwide Poster Contest
This poster, designed by Hadassah Academic College student Nimrod Levi, won second place in the Yad Vashem Worldwide Poster Contest.
Mr. Nimrod Levi, a 26 year old first year student in the Department of Photographic Communications at Hadassah Academic College was awarded second prize in Yad Vashem's annual worldwide poster competition.
Levi was born in Belgium and immigrated to Israel at the age of 12. He is the grandson of Rosa and Arye Levin z"l who perished in the Holocaust. Levi currently lives in Jerusalem.
The judges selected Levi's entry in recognition of the photographer's focus on survivors, with the black background symbolizing the trauma they had endured.
