Sunday, July 27 at 1 pm, Weinstein JCC- Up for discussion at this month’s Book Club is the "Museum of Extraordinary Things" by acclaimed writer Alice Hoffman, author of "The Dove Keepers. Illuminating and mesmerizing, the novel is partly based on reality, taking place in turn of the 20th century New York and Coney Island. "Museum of Extraordinary Things" the story of an electric and impassioned love between two vastly different souls, populated by a cast of surreal characters. For more information about the Richmond Hadassah Book Club, please contact Marilyn at 804-467-7798 or mtrownsell@aol.com. 

Monday, July 28, Toast- Meet your friends, family, co-workers and other Hadassah members at Toast, New American Gastropubin the Village Shopping Center.  Hadassah is participating in their “Toast to RVA Night” where a featured local charity will receive a generous donation of 10% of all the food sales during the entire day! July 28 is Richmond Hadassah’s day! No reservation, flyer, or even mention of Hadassah is necessary – just go out and enjoy Toast’s large menu and delicious food.
