Despite headlines that give us cause for concern, Israel and the Jewish people have much to celebrate. That was the theme of my address to delegates at the gala banquet of Hadassah's 95th National Convention in Hollywood, Florida, this week. My newest podcast is taken from that speech, in which I also introduced two VIP friends of Hadassah.

Through a shared spirit of innovation, Hadassah and Israel have overcome many obstacles since the birth of the Zionist movement -- statelessness, oppression and persecution, war and terrorism. But our work in medicine, education, advocacy, identity building and -- among many other things -- the delegitimization of Israel, continues.
