Tax Deferred Annuity Plan/403(b): Employees can begin making payroll contributions on your date of hire. After one year of service, Hadassah will match your contributions.

Pension Plan: After completing one year of service, Hadassah contributes a percentage of your salary towards retirement.

Vacation and Sick Leave: Hadassah offers generous sick and vacation leave.

Holidays: The Hadassah holiday calendar includes nine paid holidays, plus additional Jewish holidays when they fall on workdays.

Early Friday Closing: In most locations, Hadassah offices close by 2 PM every Friday, all year long.

Family Care Leave: Hadassah is committed to supporting its employees and family members. We allow up to 12 weeks of unpaid leave, which may also be combined with paid leave (if applicable):

  • Following the birth or adoption of an employee's child;
  • To care for immediate family members experiencing serious health conditions; and/or
  • To care for an employee's own serious health conditions (Our Short- Term Disability Plan provides up to 26 weeks of paid leave).

Back-Up Childcare: Employees in selected locations may use a free emergency back-up childcare service.

TransitChek Program: Employees living in the New York City Tri-State area may purchase commuter vouchers using pre-tax dollars.

Tuition Reimbursement: Hadassah encourages its employees to increase their knowledge and skills by completing relevant courses of study. After six months of employment, eligible employees may qualify for educational assistance.
