Our Annual Giving Events

Keepers of the Gate:
"Keepers of the Gate," is a special group of action-oriented philanthropists who make annual donations to support Hadassah's work. The minimum annual donation of a Keeper of the Gate is $1,000. Every year, a reception is held for the Keepers of the Gate. It’s a chance for our Keepers to learn about the latest news from Hadassah through guest speakers. The event is held in the spring and may be a reception, luncheon, brunch, etc.

Founders Forum:
Founders are another special group of philanthropists who make a minimum $25,000 donation to Hadassah and its projects. Founders Forums are held at least three times a year. The events vary and may be a luncheon, museum tour, dinner, reception, etc. It’s a chance for our Founders to get together with one another and also learn about the latest news from Hadassah through guest speakers.

Chai Society:
Chai Society donors make an annual donation of $360 or more per year. Chai Society gatherings are held each year.

Maya Shmonim:
Maya Shmonim members donate $180 or more annually to support the Mother and Child Center at Hadassah Hospital. This facility enables parents to stay with their children while they are being treated for leukemia, brain tumors and lymphoma. The participants of Maya Shmonim are invited to an annual event in the spring to celebrate the success of the medical facility.
