April 26-28, Rehoboth Beach, DE, is the place to be. Join the women (and men) of Northern Seaboard Region for the spring conference: “Mind, Body, and Spirit: Hadassah at the Beach.”  Joining us will be Karen (Kacy) Spivack,the Vice Chair of the National Leadership Department in the Member & Unit Services Divisionof Hadassah.

We begin Friday with a scrumptious buffet (fish and vegetarian) followed by Shabbat services. Saturday begins with early morning exercise on the beach (weather permitting), breakfast and an interactive Shabbat service led by Dr. Andrea Lieber, of Harrisburg. Dr. Lieber is the author ofThe Essential Guide to Jewish Prayer andPractices. She will speak to us about spirituality and gratitude. Her topic will be100 Blessings a Day --- Why Jewish Spirituality Starts with Gratitude. There will be workshops and displays about Hadassah topics. Saturday evening will include a served dinner, havdallah, and evening entertainment.

The next day begins with an elaborate breakfast buffet followed by an informative talk about healthy eating by Dr. Jeffrey Morrison, author ofCleanse Your Body, Clear Your Mind. Dr. Morrison has appeared on “The View” and the “Dr. Oz Show.”

So as you can see, the weekend will be jammed pack with educational and interesting programs. Be part of this wonderful weekend and learn more about the wonderful work of Hadassah. Complete the registration form and contact the Brighton Suites to make your room reservations. Don’t wait. Rooms are limited.
