Chapter e-News, Vol. 49

Vol. 49

It is hard to believe that Passover is almost here when I look outside my window with snow flurries coming down and the temperature a bit brisk, but nevertheless, we will be sitting down to our seders on March 25.
It has been a very busy month here at the GWAC office. We have recently had our second Scholar Series with the third one just a few short weeks away. We are gearing up for our Walkathon on Neuromuscular Diseases in the beginning of May. We had a very successful Arts Festival in February and will be going to Strathmore to see Voca People in a month. So as you can see, life is never dull around the office.

We are also mourning the loss of our Past Chapter President, Arlene Steinberg. I know by the outpouring of remembrances for her how admired she was by many of you. I personally will miss her and her kind words of encouragement very much. She was the epitome of a Hadassah volunteer. Chag Pesach Sameach to all of you.
