Chapter e-News, Vol. 57

Hopefully by the time that you receive this note, spring will have arrived with its beautiful flowers and sunny days and the winter of 2013-14 will be just an unpleasant memory. Along with this new season, comes our annual Walkathon for Neuromuscular Diseases. Do you know someone with MS, Parkinson’s, ALS or a myriad of other neuromuscular diseases? Hadassah needs your help more than ever this year as it is getting closer to finding cures for some of these diseases. Please reach out to family and friends using social media or plain old snail mail or phone to solicit for this event. Even if you can’t participate yourself for any reason, you can participate virtually through your donation.

For Keepers, just a reminder to respond to the event on April 30 by April 23, we need to know how many of you can attend this “thank you” event. Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a Chag Sameach Pesach from my family to yours.
