Since 1912, nearly 100 years ago, Hadassah has weathered both World Wars, and countless terrorist attacks in Israel. We even built Mt. Scopus Hospital during the Great Depression and then survived the murder of an entire convoy of medical personnel on their way to Mt. Scopus during the Israeli War of Independence.
Protecting Hadassah’s mission and values is as important today as it has been at any time in our history. In November and December during the latest ‘”action” against Hamas, Hadassah Hospital was READY!
Our Center for Emergency Medicine at Ein Karem treated many severely and lightly wounded soldiers.
Our Young Judaeans on year course volunteered to bolster IDF operations at seven military bases in the center of Israel.
Our Youth Aliyah villages housed many students from the south.
We hope that you will renew your commitment to Hadassah and respond generously to our fundraising campaigns.
