 L'Dor V'Dor is a unique group within the Hadassah Raritan Valley Chapter that represents women from all backgrounds of Judaism and seeks to highlight aspects of Jewish living and Zionism. Mazel Tov L'Dor V'Dor for winning trophies for Excellence in Education and Excellence in Web Communication at the Hadassah Southern New Jersey Region Annual Spring Conference.  We also won ribbons for Membership, Publicity, Programming, Community Outreach, Financial Management, Web Communications, Bulletin, scrapbook, and Education.  Thank you for everyone's hard work, ideas, creativity, and dedication.

Women's Mitzvah Series-Passover

L'Dor V'Dor Young Women Hadassah will lead an interactive discussion about Passover, preparing for the holiday, and the Seder Plate.  We will be demonstrating a Charoset recipe as well as having a Passover Recipe Swap.  

Book Swap with Ahavas Ahaim Sisterhood

 Bring a recommended book (observance, cooking, etc) that you would like to swap for someone else's interesting book.   Everyone will go around the room and talk about why they recommend this book. Participants will draw numbers that will determine the order of the book swap. We will also be collecting unwanted books/CDs/DVDs to be donated to our book sale.  .

Beyond the Book

In partnership with B'nai Tikvah and Etz Ahaim Sisterhoods, Beyond the Book is a book and media club for discussing hot topics of the page and screen.  For more information, contact Nadine or Maia at  ywhadassahevents@yahoo.com  

 

Family Shabbat Lunch

Hadassah L'Dor V'Dor hosted a Family Shabbat Lunch on Saturday, July 10 at a private home in Highland Park .  Kosher Dairy Dietary Laws Observed.  Members and non-members welcome.
