An ideal group for women in the Glencoe, Wilmette, Glenview and Highland Park communities along the lake, Gibora has received one of a few Membership Awards at the July , 2008 National Hadassah Convention in Los Angeles. This group has grown to over 100 members its three years of existence and continues to grow for many reasons, but foremost for their focus on education.

Hadassah Heals: Intergenerational "Mitzvah" Event

Bring the entire family for a hands-on event. Participants will assemble first aid kits that will later be sold to raise funds for equipment at the Children's Pavillion at Hadassah Hospital. Additional components will be age-appropriate demonstrations on "what to do in case of...", arts and crafts projects, visit by a medical clown, and an on-site ambulance.
