Make An Impact Training Begins
The first session of the Make An Impact Trainings took place on Sunday, October 27th at the HNE office. Seventeen women from around the region came together to begin their exploration into gaining leadership skills that will help them to meet their personal, professional, and volunteer goals. The first session highlighted volunteer motivation, goal setting, Hadassah connections, and troubleshooting differing visions.
Facilitators Joan Astor, Elissa Grebber, Kathy Hershfield, Susan Shikora, and Karen Wald created this program over the past year as a way to nurture and support our members with professional development. Hadassah is committed to providing training to strengthen the core leadership within the chapters.
