Susi's walk 'n' lunches continue ... Inviting Tikvah, Neshama, and Herzl Shalom-Henrietta Szold
Join walkers for an optional lunch followed by a beautiful nature walk.
The walk begins promptly at 1:00 PM.
Donation of $3/activity or $18/yr will be used to support Hadassah projects.
Tikvah Book Group
One of the really great things about being in a book club is that you end up reading books that you would never consider otherwise. You are introduced to characters, places and time periods that you wouldn’t have discovered on your own.
TIKVAH STUDY GROUP
Tikvah Study Group continues with a wonderful discussion each month. As in the past, we meet monthly on Thursday, from noon to 2:00 (bring a dairy or pareve lunch to eat from noon to 12:30; discussion from 12:30 - 2:00). As always, we are studying a book that has separate stand-alone chapters -- so if you'd like to join now or discuss a particular month's topic but couldn't come the month before, you won't have missed anything.
This year's book is Jewish Stories from Heaven and Earth: Inspiring Tales to Nourish the Heart and Soul edited by Rabbi Dov Peretz Elkins.
