Etz Aviv

The Etz Aviv group is comprised of working women, in and out of the home, who enjoy fantastic friendship and fun. The group draws from the North as well as from East and West Cobb areas. These include Marietta, Woodstock, Kennesaw, Acworth, Canton and even one member from Dallas, GA. We meet late Sunday mornings or in the evening, except for our noontime nosh book club, which meets at 10 am. For information on Etz Aviv membership, contact Naomi Binenfeld at rbinenfeld@fuse.net or Judy Epstein at heyjude825@gmail.com

Gift wrap volunteers needed:  This is a great opportunity to raise funds for Hadassah, it costs us nothing and it's fun.  It takes just a few hours to volunteer for a shift and really makes a big difference in our ability to support Hadassah's projects.

This year we have been lucky enough to land some great gift wrap time slots - who knew Barnes and Noble would give us everything we asked for?   We could really use your help,  so please sign up to volunteer by contacting gift wrap chair Audrey at audreycpa@gmail.com or 770 726-7219.

The locations and time slots open are:
Cumberland Barnes & Noble (2952 Cobb Parkway, Atlanta, GA  30339)

Monday, December 22, 2014, three hour shifts from 12 noon - 6 pm

DO A MITZVAH!   This year we are again collecting toiletries for those less fortunate.  Please bring any new toiletries, any size, to any Etz Aviv Hadassah function, or drop them off with one of your Etz Aviv friends.  Miri Richman, Esther Nitishin and Adrienne Clayman have agreed to be the "Collection Centers". We will be donating them to the Holocaust Survivors Program at Jewish Family Services this spring, so please gather your toiletries and bring them in as soon as you can.  For more information, contact Esther Nitishin at 770-565-7695 or enitishin@bellsouth.net.  Thanks for your help with this important project.
