Started in 1995, the Nes Harim group has grown to over 400 members. Embracing diversity has brought women - married, single, working, stay at home - from Atlanta's northern arc (Dunwoody, Sandy Spings, Alpharetta, Roswell, Duluth, East Cobb, and Norcross) to attend, participate and take on leadership roles. Events include social, educational, and advocacy programming, Girls' Night Out, couples and family events, book clubs, playgroups, and more. Nes Harim Happenings
Judy, Sharon and the rest of your Nes Harim Board
On Sunday, April 6, 2014 at our Passover recipe exchange and tasting event, a number of Nes Harim members got together and shared some great dishes which are sure to make it to our tables this Pesach. In the spirit of the holiday, we wanted to share with you all the recipes we received. With probably as many dessert recipes as sides and entrees, this is one sweet booklet for you to keep. (We recommend you print it two sided and staple on the left edge.) Feel free to share with your friends.

Training Wheels – Al Galgalim: Come join us as we go around the year “al galgalim” (on wheels)! From Shabbat and Rosh Hashanah through the year to Shavuot, we’ll have fun learning about Jewish holidays! Training Wheels/Al Galgalim, a Jewish family education program created by Hadassah, lets parents and children (ages 3-5) become partners in discovering the joys of being Jewish.
The curriculum, developed by Hadassah and the Whizen Institute of the University of Judaism in Los Angeles, combines songs, crafts, games and cooking. These fun activities enable adults and children to experience together the joy of celebrating Shabbat and the Jewish holidays.
We look forward to meeting you and your children!
