April 2017 Associates Update

Mission Absolutely Possible
Join the Hadassah Associates’ Israel Mission to Jerusalem and the Spectacular South, October 15-27, 2017. See Masada, the Dead Sea and Israel’s industrial waterworks. Have an opportunity for an add-on trip to Eilat and Petra, Jordan. Learn more and sign up here.

Alzheimer’s Research
Hadassah Associates are raising funds for HMO research into Alzheimer’s disease, advancing the global community’s understanding of the causes of and bringing us closer to a cure . As the population ages, nearly everyone knows someone affected by this debilitating affliction. Join in the effort by making a donation. Use Code AMHD17. Donate here.

Say Happy Father’s Day, the Hadassah Way
Spread the word about Hadassah Associates. Membership makes a wonderful birthday or Father’s Day present – perfect for sons, grandsons and nephews. A lifetime enrollment in Associates is only $250. Take a moment to spread the word, and help us do even more. Sign up now.

Make Your Annual Gift an Associates Gift
Keeper of the Gate and Chai Society Members may also designate their Annual Gifts to the Men’s Health Initiative, Code AMHD17. Remember that any and all contributions are also credited to the local Chapter and Region.

50 Years Young
Associates are celebrating our Golden Anniversary. With a donation of $50 or more your name will be added to our online Associates Honor Roll. Men and Women can donate to the Men’s Health Initiative, Code AMHD17, for Alzheimer’s Research. It’s a great gift idea for recognizing the men in your life. Donate HERE.

Engage Your Community: It’s easy
It’s easy to put together an interesting event without extensive planning. That’s just what Ken Bernstein, Phil Adler and Sy Dormer did when they organized a Bagels and Lox breakfast meeting for the Florida Atlantic Region. Thanks to their leadership, fourteen men learned about the Associates’ mission of Advancing Medical Research, Healing and Education. You can help your local unit put together something similar, using our Hadassah step-by-step event guides. All fundraising by Associates is credited to the local Chapter and Region. Professional Councils
Hadassah sponsors professional councils for attorneys, physicians and nurses. Each group meets to discuss common concerns and highlight the work of Hadassah in their respective areas. Women should invite men to join in their activities. Learn more.

On behalf of the Associates’ Board of Directors and Officers, we wish everyone a Chag Kasher Pesach Sameach. May you enjoy the holiday with family and friends!
