CANCELLATION POLICY
$100 per person will be charged if cancelled 364 to 180 days before departure, plus any applicable airline penalties. $250 per person will be charged if cancelled 179 to 30 days prior to departure, plus any applicable airline penalties (non-refundable, etc.). 100% per person will be charged if canceled by registrant 30 days or less before departure (travel insurance is recommended). For all registrations received at least 104 days prior to departure, all monies paid to Ayelet are fully refundable if cancelled by registrant within 14 days of booking.

EXCEPTION: If convention or any pre- and post-convention extension is cancelled by Ayelet Tours/Hadassah due to the COVID-19 pandemic or other circumstance beyond our control more than 90 days before departure, registrants can either transfer their deposit to another Hadassah tour in the next two years or their deposit will be fully refundable. If convention or any pre- and postconvention extension is cancelled by Ayelet Tours/Hadassah due to COVID-19 or other circumstance beyond our control within 90 days of departure, you can choose to either transfer your funds in full to another Hadassah tour in the next two years or choose to receive a refund minus up to $250 in administrative/non-refundable costs, which may include applicable credit card fees and cancellation penalties charged by subcontractors, such as airlines, hotels and other special events-related vendors.
