Allison Tombros Korman (she/her) brings two decades of nonprofit leadership in reproductive health and rights and organizational strategy to her role as founder of the Red Tent Fund. As founding executive director of Culture of Respect, she led a groundbreaking national initiative to end campus sexual violence. She later served as senior operations and strategy director at the DC Abortion Fund until resigning in 2023 in response to antisemitic conduct by staff and board. Throughout her career, she has designed and implemented strategic programs for major organizations, including USAID, CDC and the Association of Reproductive Health Professionals.
Korman holds a master of health sciences from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a BA in English and women’s studies from the University of Michigan. She has additional certifications in Restorative Justice Facilitation from the University of San Diego and Executive Facilitation from Georgetown University.

Dr. Mimi Zieman is an OB/GYN, mother, reproductive rights advocate and author of Tap Dancing on Everest, selected as the Best Memoir of 2024 by The American Writing Awards. Prior roles include director of family planning at Emory University School of Medicine, chief medical officer of Planned Parenthood Southeast and advisor on CDC committees writing guidelines for US contraceptive care. She serves on the boards of the Jewish Women’s Archive and the National Council of Jewish Women Atlanta, which honored her with the Women Who Dare Award. Elana Frank, entrepreneur and mom to three boys through IVF and embryo donation, helps intended parents navigate becoming parents through her nonprofit, the Jewish Fertility Foundation (JFF). Cost, education and access were tremendous obstacles for this “unspoken” issue in the Jewish community, so she rallied countless like-minded people to create JFF. She has raised almost $8 million, trained 1000+ community and healthcare leaders in infertility sensitivity, matched up hundreds of people with “fertility buddies,” allocated more than $2.7 million in fertility grants, “birthed” 255+ babies, with 94 babies on the way, operates in 10 hubs, and is now scaling JFF nationally.

Sen. Dafna Michaelson Jenet serves as president pro tempore in the Colorado State Senate after seven years in the House of Representatives. Her legislative work focuses on youth mental health, healthcare access and foster youth advocacy. Inspired by her son's suicide attempt at age 9, she created the groundbreaking iMatter program, providing six free therapy sessions to school-aged children, which has served over 15,000 Colorado youth. Sen. Michaelson Jenet recently passed historic legislation mandating Holocaust and genocide education in Colorado high schools. She previously served as director of the Holocaust Awareness Institute at the University of Denver and director of March of the Living for New York. She is a former president of the Hadassah Denver Chapter, and she had served on the Desert Mountain Region Board. Her book, It Takes a Little Crazy to Make a Difference, chronicles her journey to all 50 states and was recognized by the International Book Awards.

Jaclyn Clark is a Florida-based attorney who serves as counsel at The Lawfare Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to combating antisemitism through strategic litigation and advocacy. Clark joined The Lawfare Project in June of 2024 after working as an employment law litigator in private practice for nearly a decade. After spending the greater part of her career defending Fortune 500 companies against employment discrimination claims, it was especially jarring for Clark to witness the double standards and selective outrage applied toward Israel and the Jewish people in the aftermath of October 7, 2023. She was inspired to use her legal experience to help defend the civil rights of the Jewish people as a result.

Elizabeth Rand is the founder of Mothers Against College Antisemitism and president of the MACA Foundation.
Elizabeth Rand was leading an ordinary life when, on October 26, 2023, she created Mothers Against College Antisemitism (MACA). After being in other Jewish groups and seeing the sadness and despair over the post-October 7 situation on college campuses, she launched the group to give Jewish moms and others a place to share information and brainstorm solutions to the problems faced by Jewish college students. In December 2024, the group became The MACA Foundation, a 501(c)(3). Professionally, Rand is an attorney at a large insurance company.
