Welcome to Hadassah Greater Detroit, which includes members in Greater Detroit, Lansing, Ann Arbor, Kalamazoo, Toledo, Greater Pittsburgh and Greater Cleveland. We have 8,400 members, including a Nurses and Allied Health Professionals Council and an Attorneys and Judges Council. We are an active, engaged community who work together to further the lifesaving work of Hadassah’s hospitals in Israel and empower women in the US, Israel and around the world. Every year, we hold the Judi Schram Annual Meeting with a celebrity guest speaker, boutiques and a luncheon. Every November, we have a huge rummage sale that is always a successful team effort.
There are many fun, informative activities, book clubs, discussion groups and Zionism programs. We know you’ll connect with us and find your passions. We would love to include you as a member. Make sure we have your email address by providing it to midwest@hadassah.org. Join us today.
Welcome to Hadassah Greater Detroit, one of the first Hadassah chapters in the country! We are a diverse group of women from Michigan, Northern Ohio and extending as far east as Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, and Wheeling, West Virginia. Our chapters offer a variety of programs and opportunities for engagement, connection and building lifelong friendships. We pride ourselves on making a difference in our local communities, Israel and the world at large through our support of the organization and commitment to tikkun olam.
