What lodging arrangements are included?

Our home base for the conference is the Inbal Jerusalem Hotel, where most participants will be staying and where much of the conference programming will take place.

What are the travel expectations during the conference?

Expect a full, thoughtfully paced conference experience with structured programming, group travel and scheduled activities. The itinerary will blend keynote sessions, site visits and optional day trips, with built-in time to rest and explore. Transportation for all scheduled events will be provided. Detailed schedules and travel tips will be shared with registered participants as the conference approaches.

Do all participants travel together, or can they arrive separately?

Participants may travel with the group or arrive independently.

Those joining a Hadassah pre-tour or post-tour will travel with organized group transportation. Others may make their own travel arrangements and meet the group at the Inbal Jerusalem Hotel for the start of the conference.

Arrival details and meeting instructions will be shared with registered participants.

What is included in the registration fee?

The registration fee includes access to all conference programming, including keynote sessions and planned conference activities. Additional inclusions, such as meals, accommodations and airport transfers, will be outlined in detail on the registration page and in participant materials as the conference approaches.

What are the physical demands of the trip?

The conference includes a mix of walking, standing, sitting and light physical activity. Some tours and day trips may involve uneven surfaces, stairs and moderate walking, especially at historic or outdoor sites.

We encourage participants to be comfortable walking short to moderate distances at a relaxed pace. Breaks are built into the schedule, and there will be opportunities to rest throughout the day.

What documentation is required to travel?

All US travelers must have a valid passport with at least six months of validity remaining beyond the return date of travel. US passport holders are not required to obtain a traditional visa for short stays in Israel, but they must apply for an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA-IL) before departure. This online authorization must be approved prior to boarding your flight and entering Israel. Additional details and instructions for applying for the ETA-IL will be shared with registered participants as the conference approaches. We encourage travelers to review their passport expiration date and entry requirements well in advance of travel.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies and deadlines will vary based on your registration type and whether you are participating in a pre-tour or post-tour.

A non-refundable deposit is required at registration. Additional cancellation deadlines and refund terms will be outlined in your registration materials and confirmation email.
