With support from donors all over the world, and after many years of planning, construction and anticipation, Hadassah Hospital Ein Kerem welcomed the first patients into the reimagined Round Building, the Alberto and Vicky Saba Internal Medicine Complex, in Jerusalem on May 2, as construction to complete the renovations to the facility remains ongoing.
The Tree of Healing is a beautiful glass etching “growing” leaf by leaf, in the transformed Round Building at Hadassah Ein Kerem. Each of its 360 leaves will bear the name of a $10,000 donor (or the donor’s designated loved one). Standing in the Promenade that connects the Sarah Wetsman Davidson Tower with the reimagined Round Building, the Tree of Healing is sprouting leaves that can be grouped together for families who would like to purchase more than one.
