Evolve Hadassah: The Next Generation presents two dynamic programs. These highly subsidized, carefully curated experiences are only available to select, qualified individuals. The Evolve Leadership Fellows is a selective, two-year program designed for Hadassah members ages 45 and under who demonstrate leadership potential and a strong connection to Israel and Zionism. Fellows are those who are ready to grow as leaders, deepen their knowledge of Hadassah’s mission, and engage meaningfully as leaders within their local and national Hadassah communities.

The Fellows Program includes:

• Orientation in New York City- April 4-6, 2027- Click here for additional information about the fellows orientation.
• Fellows Shabbaton and Hadassah National Convention in Boston- July 9-14, 2027
• Israel Experience- March 2028- See a sample itinerary here.
• Impactful monthly virtual learning sessions
• Fellows will be paired with a mentor in the second year of the program.

The Fellows Program Requirements:

• Women ages 45 and under
• Must be a member of Hadassah at the time of application
• Applicant must not have participated in any previously sponsored Hadassah subsidized Israel trip (i.e. Hadassah Leadership Academy (HLA), Hadassah Leadership Fellows (HLF), prior Hadassah Young Women’s Missions, etc.). Some exceptions may apply.
• Program fee: $750
• Fellows will take on (2) leadership roles or projects during the second year of the program.

Evolve Immersive Experience (EIE) is for women like you—passionate about Israel, rooted in community, and ready to grow. Welcoming those 55 and under (flexibility based on interest and alignment with the program goals), EIE offers a transformative year to deepen your connection to Hadassah, explore your Zionism, and engage with a powerful network of women who share your values. This unique, year-long journey kicks off with an inspiring in-person retreat in New York City and continues with dynamic monthly virtual sessions. You’ll also have the opportunity to participate in additional immersive experiences throughout the year—designed to spark learning, leadership, and lifelong friendships. EIE is powered by Evolve Hadassah and fueled by the passion of women across the country. Together, we’ll build something bigger than ourselves.

EIE Program includes:

• An Unforgettable Retreat In New York City! November 15-17, 2026.
• Impactful Monthly Virtual Meetings (Required)
• Eligibility to apply for an Evolve subsidy for one additional immersive experience with Hadassah in 2027 (For Example: National Convention or Conference, Hadassah Israel trip or another in-person experience).

EIE Program Requirements:

• Women ages 55 and under (flexibility based on interest and alignment with the program goals).
• Have an interest in Hadassah’s work and possess a commitment to Hadassah and connection to Israel and Zionism.
• Commit to one engagement opportunities from a predetermined list during the year or in the year following the completion of the program.
• A $950 non-refundable program participant fee.
• A personal recommendation must be submitted using the following recommendation form.
• If you are currently not a Hadassah member, you must become a member upon submitting this application. Click here to join.
