Evolve Immersive Experience (EIE) is for women like you—passionate about Israel, rooted in community, and ready to grow. Welcoming those 55 and under (flexibility based on interest and alignment with the program goals), EIE offers a transformative year to deepen your connection to Hadassah, explore your Zionism, and engage with a powerful network of women who share your values. This unique, year-long journey kicks off with an inspiring in-person retreat in New York City and continues with dynamic monthly virtual sessions. You’ll also have the opportunity to participate in additional immersive experiences throughout the year—designed to spark learning, leadership, and lifelong friendships. EIE is powered by Evolve Hadassah and fueled by the passion of women across the country. Together, we’ll build something bigger than ourselves.

EIE Program includes:

• An Unforgettable Retreat In New York City!- November 9-11, 2025
• Impactful Monthly Virtual Meetings (Required)
• Eligibility to apply for an Evolve subsidy for one additional immersive experience with Hadassah in 2026 (For Example: National advocacy event in DC, Israel or another in-person experience).  

EIE Program Requirements:

• Women ages 55 and under (flexibility based on interest and alignment with the program goals).
• Have an interest in Hadassah’s work and possess a commitment to Hadassah and connection to Israel and Zionism.
• Commit to two engagement opportunities from a predetermined list during the year or in the year following the completion of the program.
• A $950 non-refundable program participant fee.
• A personal recommendation must be submitted using the following recommendation form.
• If you are currently not a Hadassah member, you must become a member upon submitting this application. Click here to join.

The Evolve Leadership Fellows is a two-year national leadership engagement initiative for Hadassah members ages 45 and under who demonstrate leadership potential and a strong connection to Israel and Zionism. Fellows will deepen their knowledge of Hadassah’s mission, develop leadership skills, and engage meaningfully with their local and national Hadassah communities.

Participation is by nomination only.

Program Commitments Include:

• Required in-person orientation: October 19–21, 2025 (New York City)
• Required monthly virtual leadership development sessions
• Required Evolve Immersive Israel Experience: March 17–24, 2026
• Required In-person national program: Summer/Fall 2026
• Commitment to assume a Hadassah leadership role in Year Two
• $750 non-refundable program fee (plus airfare to Israel, travel insurance, and some meals)

This is a highly selective opportunity for women ready to grow as leaders and commit to building the future of Hadassah.
