All Showcase Submissions will be reviewed by Hadassah for consideration for publication and inclusion in a marketing campaign in connection with the launch of Hadassah’s new Hadassah LifechangingTM trademark. By submitting a Showcase Submission, each participant grants to Hadassah and its designees the right to reproduce, edit, publish, promote, advertise, copy, use and distribute the Showcase Submissions, including the Showcase Videos and/or any portion thereof, any utterance or statements made therein, as well as, to the extent provided, participant’s first and last name, city and state of residence, and any biographical or other information or materials provided by the participant in connection with the Showcase (including, without limitation, biographical information of any other subjects featured in the Showcase Videos), for any advertising, trade, fundraising, promotional or for any other purpose, in any and all current or future media, including the internet and social media, throughout the world in perpetuity without compensation, permission or notification to the participant or any third party, except where prohibited by law. Hadassah reserves the right to use or not use any Showcase Submissions in its sole discretion.
