Everyday Antisemitism: Women’s Stories
In an effort to combat antisemitism through empowerment, education and advocacy, Hadassah is conducting a survey (the “Survey”) to, among other things, engage and encourage Hadassah’s donors, members and supporters to share their personal stories about how they are facing antisemitism in their everyday lives. As used herein, the term “Hadassah” includes Hadassah, The Women’s Zionist Organization of America, Inc. and its affiliates, related entities, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, subcontractors and licensees. By participating in the Survey, each participant accepts and agrees to these terms and conditions.
Eligibility: The Survey is open to those who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of completing the Survey.
General Conditions:
Personal stories regarding antisemitism shared through the Survey (each, a “Survey Story”, and collectively referred to herein as “Survey Stories”) along with answers to other related Survey questions (the “Survey Answers” and, collectively with the “Survey Stories”, referred to herein as the “Survey Responses”) will be collected starting on July 24, 2024 and ending on October 20, 2024 (the “Survey Period”). Limit of one online Survey entry per person at https://www.hadassah.org/page/tellyourstory.
Survey Stories must be submitted in English, must be original and not in the public domain, must be appropriate for publication (i.e., not obscene or offensive) and must not infringe or violate any law or the legal or equitable right of any person or entity, nor include any brand name, trademark or logo of any entity or contain material that infringes or violates any personal property rights of others or that constitutes defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of the intellectual property rights of any third person, or is otherwise unlawful. Survey Stories also must not include any partisan statements or any endorsement or opposition of a candidate for public office.
All Survey Responses will be shared by Hadassah with its consultant, Rational 360, Inc., for consideration for publication and inclusion in a report highlighting the impacts of antisemitism on women and families. By submitting Survey Responses, each participant grants to Hadassah, Rational 360 Inc., and their respective designees the right to reproduce, edit, publish, promote, advertise, copy, use and distribute the Survey Responses, including the Survey Stories and/or any portion thereof, in any and all current or future media, including the internet, throughout the world in perpetuity without compensation, permission or notification to the participant or any third party. Hadassah reserves the right to use or not use any Survey Responses in its sole discretion. Hadassah also reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Survey and/or substitute or modify these terms and conditions at any time for any reason whatsoever and without notice.
By completing the Survey, each participant agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Hadassah and Rational 360, Inc. from any and all damages, costs, expenses (including attorneys’ fees), causes of action, suits, claims, demands, penalties, judgments, liability and loss, of any kind whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with the Survey, including but not limited to, the Survey Stories and/or Hadassah’s use thereof. In no event will Hadassah be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages.
