Fran Feldman of Boston currently provides editorial services for the Marketing & Communications Division (MarCom). She also serves on the Major Gifts Committee and as a Youth Aliyah Team member.
Fran previously served as a national vice president and as the MarCom co-coordinator. She brought to that position years of experience on the National level, including previous positions as Chair of the Communications Department, Chair of Curriculum Watch, Chair of the Resolutions Committee, and, most recently, past Membership & Unit Services liaison to the Marketing & Communications Department. Fran was previously the Resource Chair of Hadassah Northeast. She also served on the steering committee of the Northeast Area Development Center, a Major Gifts Fundraising arm of National Hadassah. She is a past President of the Northern New England Region and the Central Pacific Coast Region, and a member of the Honorary Council. She has held several portfolio positions in both Regions before and after serving presidencies. She was a free-lance editorial consultant for Sunset Books in Menlo Park, California, for 15 years. Subsequently, she worked at Harvard University, first as administrator of the Department of Germanic Languages and Literatures and later as a staff trainer in the Office of Finance in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences.
