Viviane Kovacs of Searingtown, New York, is the Hadassah National Treasurer. She is also simultaneously serving as the Finance Division Coordinator and HMO Recognition Chair.
Previously, Viviane has served as the Coordinator/Vice Coordinator of the Philanthropy Division at Hadassah. She was Hadassah’s National Annual Plan Product Manager and a Past President of Hadassah Nassau.
For almost 30 years, Viviane has been an active member of the Reconstructionist Synagogue of the North Shore and is a Past President of the synagogue. In 2011, she was honored by the Jewish Reconstructionist Federation of NY/NJ for her role in bringing the community together. She was also honored by UJA Long Island Women’s Division for her commitment to the well-being of the Jewish people in Israel and New York through her involvement with Hadassah. Before devoting her full attention to Hadassah, she worked on Wall Street, then in a family-run real estate development company.
