Antisemitism on Campus: Two Women’s Struggle to Protect Jewish Students Nationwide

Hadassah President Rhoda Smolow opens this phenomenal program hosted by Hadassah’s Attorneys and Judges Council and the Education and Advocacy Division in collaboration with the Combat Antisemitism Movement. The virtual event highlighted the alarming rise of antisemitism and protecting Jewish students on campuses nationwide and offered expert-level solutions.

Smolow also highlighted Hadassah’s efforts to advance legislation that would codify the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA)’s working definition of antisemitism into law in the United States. Joining Smolow was former NYU student Adela Cojab, who conveyed an informative message about her experiences with antisemitic discrimination on campus, and acclaimed attorney Alyza Lewin.
