As we celebrate Women's History Month, watch this special commemoration of the 50-year anniversary of women in the rabbinate. Hadassah Magazine Executive Editor Lisa Hostein moderates a panel featuring the "Four Firsts," the four extraordinary women who each made history by being the first ordained rabbi in their respective denominations -- Rabbis Sally Priesand, Sandy Eisenberg Sasso, Amy Eilberg and Sara Hurwitz. Each talks bout her individual journey to becoming a rabbi and the challenges she faced. The panel addresses the specific influences on them and their rabbinic practice, as well as the biggest changes they've seen over time and how women have enriched and transformed the rabbinate during the past 50 years.
