We invite you to take a peek at the future of Hadassah — and meet some extraordinary members — in this video introduction to the first class of Evolve Hadassah Fellows, Hadassah's prestigious new leadership training program.
The goal of this program is to identify up-and-coming leaders, young women with the passion and dedication for Hadassah and the potential to lead our organization into the future. During the year-long program, they will be exposed to all things Hadassah, including leadership training, meeting with our National leaders and experiencing our projects first-hand. Upon completion of this first year, each Fellow will commit to taking on a leadership position or project that has been agreed upon with their local unit. And they will go on to serve as mentors for the next class of Fellows.
The intense program includes trainings and meetings throughout the year, and a trip together to Israel for National Convention. These Fellows have gone through an extensive application and interview process and all have signed a letter of agreement in order to participate in the program.
In their welcome letter to the group, Hadassah National President Rhoda Smolow and CEO Naomi Adler said: "We are counting on you to bring your experience, skills and passion to your work for Hadassah. And we look forward to seeing the positive impact you and the Fellows have on Hadassah's future, as we work to heal our world together. Your selection as a Fellow indicates the high level of esteem in which we hold you."
