Message from the Southern Seaboard Region/ Chapter President

Welcome to Hadassah Southern Seaboard! I am honored to serve as President of this amazing region.

The past two years have brought challenges that no one could have expected. But we rose to the challenge. Zoom has helped make our region feel smaller and, in some ways, closer than ever. Now we are ushering our region into our new normal, taking the next step together and finding what works best for all of us.

All of us together, kulanu b’yachad, we’ll continue to make our mark on North Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia, with nearly 6,000 women in our region. Kulanu b’yachad, we will continue to make our mark on the country, advocating to strengthen US-Israel relations, combat antisemitism, reconceive infertility, champion women’s health equity and ensure reproductive rights. We will participate in Days in the District and Dates with the States to build relationships with our representatives both in state capitols and Washington, DC.  Kulanu b’yachad, we will continue to make our mark on Israel and the world. Our fundraising efforts here will continue to support the Hadassah Medical Organization’s lifesaving work, as well as Hadassah’s youth villages, Meir Shfeya and Neurim.

Hadassah Southern Seaboard is here to heal the world … together. I hope you will join us.
