Overview
Welcome to Hadassah Brooklyn, home to 10 chapters and over 2,000 members. Our members come from a diverse range of experiences, ages and backgrounds. We are an active, engaged community who work together to further Hadassah’s lifesaving work in the US, Israel and around the world, empowering women and each other. Our annual Passover Women’s Seder; Hanukkah celebrations with song, dance and storytelling; spring concerts featuring professional entertainers delighting us with operatic, classical and Broadway selections; and our popular book/author events are just a few of our most successful programs. The three of us are proud to have been installed as Brooklyn Hadassah Region Co-coordinators for 2021. We are already working together with the board to plan a full year of meetings and special events — starting with the Women’s Seder which will be virtual this year. Hopefully sometime soon, we’ll be able to see each other in person.
