Randi Lampert became aware of discrimination against the LGBTQ community at a young age. Even at her first job as a teenager, she saw but never understood why customers were denied equal rights based on whom they loved. As a pediatrician, she found herself supporting children and the families of children who identified as LGBTQ. She is extremely proud that Hadassah supports equal protection under the law for people of all sexual orientations and gender identities.
