“For the past four years I have always been exactly where I felt I needed to be — with all of you at my side,” says Hadassah National President Rhoda Smolow of her term at Hadassah, which concludes December 31.
In “Over, But Not Out,” Smolow’s December 2023 President’s Column in Hadassah Magazine, she describes how her time at Hadassah began — with a global pandemic — and ended — with a war in Israel. Both were hard times. But both were times that brought out our best. And both were times when Hadassah was able to bring healing to those in need.
