Welcome to Hadassah Central Pacific Coast. We are a diverse group of women from California's Central Coast (Monterey) to the northern reaches of the San Francisco Bay Area. We have active chapters in Monterey/Salinas, the Silicon Valley (Sequoia), Diablo Valley (Walnut Creek and surrounding), Tri City (Fremont/Union City/Newark), Solano and Napa Counties and the North Bay (Santa Rosa). Our region extends to the east to Sacramento (and even to Reno) and down the Central Valley to Fresno. We also have a new East Bay Young Women's Chapter.
We are Hadassah women who enjoy coming together to experience the Power of Women who DO! We fight antisemitism, we save lives, we support Israel and we empower women.
You will make friends through Hadassah! Our region and chapter programs range from soup to nuts. Some are timely discussions on advocacy for state and national issues, including combating antisemitism in its various forms. We have educational programs on women’s and children’s health, Zionism and Israel, and glimpses of Jews around the world. Some programs are just fun -- we have holiday celebrations, book talks, museum tours, movie discussions, Rosh Chodesh (new month) gatherings and so much more!
